All residents enjoy free access to the community space 'Meeting House' — complete with a kitchen, TV and living space, and Wifi. Residents are welcome to book the space (for free!) for private events, including parties, classes, meetings, and more.

At La Bourgade on Seneca, each apartment comes with an in-house washer & dryer, kitchen island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, such as refrigerator, microwave, stove & oven, and dishwasher. 

In addition to the comfortable couches, gym, kitchen, and co-working spaces inside the Meeting House, residents will find their personal brass mail box. Makes mail pick up and delivery a breeze!

Since we're building a community on the hillside of a lake, views are a top priority. The cottages at La Bourgade on Seneca are staggered on the hill to allow all residents a beautiful and unique view of Seneca Lake. Certain houses also feature dormer-styled windows, which offer an even more spectacular view of the lake.   

Choose a cottage that suits your needs. We are thrilled to offer four rental houses — the ‘Petit’, the 'Classic', the 'Spacious', and the 'Grand' — that range in square footage, views, and number of bath. The 'Grand' is our largest housing style that features 1,000+ square feet of gracious living space, two bedrooms, and two full baths.  

The ‘Petit’ is our newest style that features 650 square feet, an en-suite bathroom, washer/dryer, and open loft space.
