Top three milestones from 2016

We have a few more days left in the year—enough time to highlight the top three milestones from 2016: 

1. One third of all site work

For the property our size (and the dropping temperatures that we encountered), that was a huge win for us. 

2. Most engineering and design work

40 cottages with four different designs—ranging in square footage, views, and dormer windows. Completing most of the engineering and design work allows us to commence the progress in 2017. 

3. Foundations & more foundations

We completed the foundations of nine cottages, plus the community Meeting House and garage/office for the company. We have 31 more cottages to go, but this is great start.
